Problems with Bravo fly

Hi - has anyone else had major problems with using Bravofly?
I booked two flights with them and need to change one of the flights - I have tried unsuccessfully for over two weeks for them to actually change the flight - they have taken ages to answer basic questions, such as could i change the name of the person flying, or how much I would get back as a refund (I still dont know!) and if I could change the flight to a different day. It feels like they are stalling so that I lose the money and the flight, as the flight that we cant use is 2 August at 6.00 am! Help.!!
