Any ideas? 5pm session tomorrow in the Olympic Badminton. Either take the train to Waterloo and then Jubilee to Wembley Park, or we could go round the M25 and down the A40, possibly parking at Hillingdon, or maybe closer.

Not sure how the PT route is?

I live near Hillingdon, you're more likely to get parking in the Ickenham station pay and display.

Although the 2nd option is less strenous in my opinion the problem is not knowing the traffic situation on the M25 which can be god awful at any time of the day if there's problems

Jubilee is slow to Wembley Park, Met line is better as it skips stations and if you get one of the new trains they have A/C and walk through carriages as I'd imagine they'd be quite busy.

The A40 is not good at the moment, for some unknown reason they have coned off one lane approaching Hanger Lane, it's busy all day.

You could get off at Clapham Junction, then take two trains to Wembley Central which takes circa 35 minutes
  • Or carry on up the M25 and get Chiltern from Gerrards Cross or Denham to Wembley stadium station.

Thanks that looks like the best option.
I'm guessing Denham will have easier parking, so I'll do that.

It doesnt have that big a car park and as its a wembley event then it may get full quick. Maybe Beaconsfield would be better as that has a multi story car park and probably more trains to Wembley then Denham
