Kindle help please!

I wondered if anyone had contact details for Amazon re my Kindle. I have looked everywhere on their website but to no avail. I have a problem with my kindle in regard to font size. Some recently downloaded books have a tiny font which I need to increase but then I swap to another book and the font is humongous! I adjust that font and then it is unaligned on the right so looks really messy. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to resolve it. Thanks!
