Opera Browser

Options
Anybody else use Opera?

Since they upgraded from 11.64 to 12.0 I've not been able to drag and drop the url address bar to the desktop. Meaning: If you right click on the icon on the address bar it will leave an icon shortcut on the desktop. You can then click it to go back to the page or keep it in a folder.

Since the upgrade it has not worked. I've submitted a bug report but I don't think they like to listen.

Maybe one day they will get as advanced as Firefox which lets you drag it anywhere on the desktop from left or right and will even allow you to dump it in a folder!

:p

I use Internet Explorer, Firefox and Opera but i agree, since it was upgraded Opera it seems a little more 'buggy' if you know what i mean.

if you're having problems with 12.0, roll back to 11.64 until the next update comes out...I've done this on a few versions :)

I have always found Opera buggy with some websites. Opera is leader in mobile devices but their desktop browser still sucks.

Although I do use Opera sometimes my main browser is Firefox.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.
  • Isn't it just as easy to copy and paste a URL? I've never even thought about dragging one before!
