It doesn't let everyone enter - it gives some of us (including me) "you have reached the maximum entries per customer". Do bump if you work out why, but please don't if you just get the error message Various people have tried contacting them to query this but had no response.


Persil Non Bio and Comfort Pure - Terms and Conditions

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.
2. The promotion shall comprise separate monthly free prize draws, each to be held on the last day of each month, commencing 24th October 2011 until further notice. Entries to each draw will close at 23:59 GMT [BST] on the day immediately preceding the date of the draw in question. All entries received after the closing date for the preceding draw up until 23:59 GMT on that day will be entered into the next draw. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules. Only one entry per person per draw.
3. There will be one prize offered in each draw. The prize will consist of 15 x £5 vouchers to be redeemed against Persil Non Bio products and 5 x £5 vouchers to be redeemed against Comfort Pure products from all major retailers. One £5 voucher to be used each month for a year. Only one entry per person per month. No person may win more than one prize in total in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted and the number of draws entered. The winner of any given month will not be allowed to re-enter any subsequent draw in this promotion.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. Each draw will take place under independent supervision. The winner shall be drawn at random from all valid entries received after the previous draw and before 23:59 on the day immediately preceding the draw in the presence of an independent adjudicator. In the event that only one valid entry is received for a particular draw, that entry will win the prize for that draw. Each winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the relevant draw, and asked to claim their prize. Prizes remaining unclaimed 28 days after the winner is notified will be forfeited, and the promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner determined in accordance with these rules. The decision of the independent adjudicator is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any technical reason.
7. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
8. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
9. For a list of winners' names and counties please send a stamped addressed envelope to: Persil Non Bio and Comfort Pure Competition Winners' List Request, TMW, 81 King's Road, London, SW3 4NX between 31/03/10 and 31/04/11
10. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

I don't think the entry problem will be easily resolved as there are so many variables involved : firstly, we need to establish if it is our browsers/p.c.'s or more to do with our input on the entry form?

Personally, I've never had a problem entering this in IE8 and always state I have no children, use Lenor and Comfort in most washes and someone in the family has sensitive skin (and probably other things I can't think of right now ).

Its accepted my entry this month, hasnt for the last couple of months, so maybe they have it sorted now

It let me enter fine in FF and in addition to deejonhson's post above - I didn't tick that I've got children!
