Help with an Auctiva problem

I am trying to list an item on Auctiva on a BIN, but it won't let me carry on without adding a start price as well. I don't want a start price, as I just want a bIN.

Any ideas??

  • Hi Donna,

did you tick the box at the very top of the page that is for fixed price listings?

Yeah its a bit too easy sometimes. I find auctiva quite confusing (I'm new to it), it imported my current listings on ebay and put them in a scrolling store window, yet when I relisted something the picture that had been in the store window wasn't there and I cant find out how to put it back.

Now my store window has two huge grey gaps?!?!?

  • The missing picture willl probably come back, I wouldn't worry about it, it'll turn up hours later.

It's worth persevering with auctiva, I wouldn't go back to turbo lister now

    Hi

I agree. I LOVE auctiva. It is so easy and quick to use. The backgrounds are fab and look really professional. You can add loads of photos without paying and without downloading them onto photobucket or the like, AND free scheduling! Perfect.

I have noticed that sometimes any changes take a while to be updated, but are updated by the next morning.

I agree auctiva is miles better than ebay. But I don't think the pics will turn up. my items have been relisted for 2 days and stil no pics. I think it has something to do with importing the listing. When I relisted something else I just did a new listing from scratch and no piccie probs
