which is not a problem,
But when it asks me to agree or disagree with new
conditions it will not let me press go ahead so that
I can get to the mail, The agree or disagree sign just
keeps apearing
I do not know much other than the basics, so am stuck

I have the same problem. I think it's a BT f*** up. I called their technical no helpdesk to be told they haven't haf a single call from anyone else on this subject so it could only be user error and they could offer no further help.

Same here Nudge. Can't get in via the normal link and can't get in via the web. Same crap about terms and conditions.

They've screwed up before and they'll screw up again!

Same problem here. Also unable to access my talk talk email as I'm getting IE cannot display the page. So both my emails are off line which is a serious pain in the rear end.

The trick is to back up all your mail to Outlook and then you can read it off line. Either that or change to somebody more reliable like Hotmail which I think I'll be doing.
