Advice on redundancy???

Hi all, I am seeking advice on a subject I really know nothing about.
I have been with my company for 10 years, and have for the last 2 months been working 3 days a week with the pay cut to match. Last week me and two other colleagues were given 1 months notice of redundancy. I have been on the acas website and also the gov website but I'm still not sure if
1: I have been given enough notice
2: what I am entitled to
There is also a spanner in the works, the company has a full time self employed member who has not been affected! I'm pretty sure there is a breach of ir35 there????
Any advice and guidance will be much appreciated

If you are under 41 years of age, you are entitled to
1 weeks redundancy pay for every full year worked (based on 3 days)
1 weeks notice for every full year you have worked.
Any accrued holiday pay. (they can insist that you take any holidays within your notice period of course)
If any of you are over 41 years of age the rate is
1.5 weeks redundancy pay for each full year worked over 41.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Thank you for the reply much appreciated0
