Good Quality & Value Made ot Measure cutains

Hi,

We are looking to redecorate our living room replacing the curtains which were left when we bought the house. It seems the wall height is an awkward size which doesn't correspond to any ready made size so we are looking at made to measure curtains.
We want some good qulaity curtains which will last but aren't too expensive. I'd be grateful for any recommendations on who might be able to offer such a service,

Two ways we have dealt with this ...1) purchase over size ready mades and adjust accordingly (either yourself or local person) and 2) buy material required from local market/outlet and find nearby person to make. Both ways have saved us money over having made to measure.

most will do it
if not try the big name dry cleaners they altered my very heavy velvet lined curtains for 40 quid
