Changing A Payment Date?

Hi

I currently have a card with Morgan Stanley, the payment date being mid-month, which is a complete nightmare when it comes to paying!!! As my husband & I are self-employed (1st year), a payment day of the end or 1st of the month would be ideal.

Do CC Co's change payment dates, as the many late or missed payments are not helping my credit history/score

Yes give them a call and they will change it, often companies will not amend dates until after your payment date has taken the last statement amount. For example statement dates 20th March, Payment by d/d on 3rd April. You will need to call on 4th April to amend date to any date you want. Most companies do not allow 1st, 29th, 30th and 31st as dates so you will need to check this
