Advice on Priority of Major Works

I wanted to ask the opinions of the Money Savers.
My Boyfriend and I own a 3 bedroom corner plot home, which is about 20 years old.
We currently have a Wooden Conservatory which is over 10 years old, which needs replacing and we also want the garden to be landscaped.
Our Central Heating is currently on the ground floor, with the boiler in the Kitchen.
Our idea is to move the boiler upstairs, to the cupboard with the hot water tank and also add radiators upstairs and to the conservatory.
What we want to know is:
1) which is the best way round to do the works? I think it would be better to do the central heating first with a connection ready for the conservatory, then the conservatory and garden. My boyfriend thinks its best to do the conservatory and garden first, then the central heating.
2) Does anyone have any ideas how much the central heating installation would cost roughly? It would be at most 8 radiators.
3) can anyone recommend any good conservatory companies or landscaping companies?
Thanks,
Kezbabybabe

Either way would be fine I guess.
But I would go with your choice.
Just seems more logical for some reason.
Heating costs depend on boiler used any where you live.

As winter is coming to a end id be tempted to say leave the heating for now,
A good way to look at any work should be Make water tight / weather proof first, Then work from top to bottom Dont know why but sticking to that lodgic always seems to work.If it doesnt pay rent sell it.
