Selling an item for lower than the winning bid

Hello,
I sold a hi-fi on Ebay for £20 (there were other, lower bids) and the bloke came to pick it up today. We gave it a quick test and it wouldn't play CDs properly -- it tried, but just wouldn't have it. He said it might be just a case that the lens needs cleaning. I'm sure I tested it before I listed it. Anyway, I just want to get rid of it, so I apologised and offered it to him for £10 instead. He agreed and gave me a tenner in cash. I didn't want to go through the bother of relisting it...
Now, before I mark it as "payment received" and "dispatched", is there anyway I can let Ebay know I actually sold it for £10 to reduce the final value fee from about £1 to 50p? I could argue I didn't describe it properly.
Or is it not worth the bother and should I just let it be?
thanks!

I wouldn't bother. For the sake of 50p how would you prove that you sold it for £10 not £20.0

Ah yes, I didn't think of that -- proving I sold it for a lower value. I imagine it'd be open to a lot of abuse for all non-PayPal payments if it was easy to do! I won't worry about it then! Thanks!0
