Symphony Kitchen Wall Cabinet Fitting

I have just purchased 2 additional wall cabinets for our kitchen to match those that were already in the house.
They have been supplied by Symphony Kitchens but unlike all the units I have seen online these do not have any brackets with them or any holes for screws to go through.
Does any know if they should have brackets or do I need to just screw them straight to the wall??

How are the ones that you currently have fixed?

Had a poke around the back of the existing cupboards and there a 4 screws behind covers on each corner.
The there is a 20mm void at the back of the unit. But looking at the units ive had delivered there is a strip of wood at the top and bottom where these 4 srews have gone through.
These are wooden units with doors.0 -
if there are no brackets you will have to screw through them to attach them to the wall. I always put a bead of silicon round the back to help them stay on the wall though its not needed if you get good fixings with the screws.
Easiest way to do it is to put a baton up and rest the units on it while attaching to wall. Make sure you get everything plumb otherwise they doors will not sit well0
