Anyone know of Salisbury - need some advice

Hi there,
We are a small group planning to visit Stonehenge in a couple of weeks time and was wondering what the night life is like in and around that area - will probably be looking at a night out either on Friday or Saturday - looked for good clubs - not able to find much in Amesbury where we will be staying, and all the search comes up with The Chapel Nightclub in Salisbury - what I would like to find out is

1) Is that the Only good night club around there - Amesbury/Salisbury area
2) How's it on a Friday night - did google it and found very mixed reviews
3) There will be a couple, who are of Asian origin with us that night and was wondering if we need to be any extra careful or we be better of looking for a place to party more South - it's a small group of 7-8 people

Bournemouth is very lively on the nightlife scene with plenty of clubs - not that I go but my 26 year old daughter does! Poole is fairly quiet - just pubs really. Hope that helps!
