HSBC Unauthorised overdraft charges

Options
Sup everyone,

I was wondering if I would have a case to claim back unauthorised over draft charges from HSBC. I had a account for about 5 years which I have stopped using about a year. I never has a overdraft facility yet when I had hard times they let transactions go through which then caused my account to go overdrawn unauthorised. I used to get charged £25 per transaction I believe top of my head. What kind of claim would I be claiming for? Ive read people claiming successfully but that was a few years ago what is the success rate today?

Many thanks
