Is the nozzle check OK? If not, do a head clean, then another nozzle check
Otherwise, has anyone changed the paper size setting?0 -

The print out is fine and the size is ok
it is just the last paragraph that is missed off the print outsSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
possibly could be your margins on page setup?0

I had a printer that printed all but the last part of an image, and that was a blocked nozzle.
The paper size in print preview may be different to the printer setting
You can use Epson Live Chat to see if they can pinpoint it

Don't mention compatibles if you use those0 -
It miss's the text because it has run out of the sheet off paperand goes on to the next sheet but does not include the last paragraph.
#I have e mailed Epson but will also try the online help at nine
Thanks every one
Why does this happen when you need the printer? grrrSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
just had it comfirmed the printer is poorly
you put a document in the printer and press copy and if it prints it out word for word it is ok but mine cut the last sentence in halfSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
Did they say to take it to an Epson Centre (if under warranty?)
You can also ask them if they will exchange it direct from Epson for a quality assured refurbished unit, usually you pay £10 towards the courier but the ones I have exchanged have arrived with a set of inks. They may ask you to keep the power lead and any paper tray and to remove the inks
Thanks for letting us know what it was0 -
I'm sure this isn't the problem if Epson have diagnosed it to be faulty... but... You don't have the paper size set to something weird like "Letter" instead of "A4"... assuming you're using A4 paper, of course...?0

I took it back to the supermarket where i got it from and exchanged it for a new one no problemsSpending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0
