£10,000 tax credit overpayment - please help!!!

    Since this is such a large overpayment I would like to suggest that you get some help with this.

    If you have a large CAB near you a Welfare and Benefits advisor might help you with this.

    Princessdon, the overpayment was from them entering my partners expected income for year 2011 to 2012 as £0 - they had in December taken the childcare element off when I changed my hours below 16 and the award for this was correct apparently and was based on the correct p60 figures given to them. The overpayment was primarily working tax credit for my partner when they put his income at £0 and also overpayment of child tax credit due to the fact this was awarded solely on my income as his was entered £0
