Tesco Credit Card/Lloyds TSB Double Payment Issue!

Hi
I paid my tesco credit card online on Thursday evening.
On Friday I had an automated phone call from lloyds tsb asking me to verify the amounts as they had expected fraudulant payments had been made on the card.
I did so and the message informed me that the payments had been cancelled and would need to be submitted again.
In a panic I paid the bill again online and rang tesco later that evening to find out why there were issues.
They then told me that the payment had been re-released and as a consequence tesco would be getting two payments of £208!
I tried all ways to cancel the payment, asked tesco to reject one payment but was told that as the payments had left lloyds and not hit tesco this would not be possible.
Instead I was asked to wait until payments hit the account for it to be resolved.
Now im stuck in the middle with tesco blaming lloyds and lloyds blaming tesco with neither wanting to budge.
As I have now spent on the tesco cc since (£170) tesco are not prepared to give me the second payment back.
Basically I wanted some guidance on where I go from here and how I can get it resolved so I have my £208 back!
Any advice gratefully received.

Well you only really need 38 back from Tesco, and I'm just it would just be easier to spend that within the week then trying to organise a refund.
I'm not entirely sure of some of the sequences of events. Lloyds told you payments were declined, so you paid your Tesco bill again? Why did you call Tesco asking what was wrong?0
