Looking to view a house who are selling through Savills. Never come across them before - apart from knowing they do high value stuff - their reviews aren't particularly good, some reviews say they always over-price - has anyone dealt with them?

If you are familiar with the area then you will know whether the property is over-priced or not once you have viewed it. Fortunately agents aren't in total control of the selling process and it's likely that lots, if not all, agents over-price. Or, to be charitable, are sometimes overly optimistic about what price a particular property can achieve.

I looked at a house with Savills last year, let's just say the EA gave a new meaning to flirtatious.
