jumpy when scrolling

when i scroll up or down,the page dose not scroll smoothly ,its jumpy,I did an Anti-virus scan and it cured it,but pc crashed and back to jumpy,any suggestions

Try updating all your drivers, chances are your graphics drivers are out of date and possibly a few accelerators with your internet browser
You can open device manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc) and when it opens up anything expanded will be missing driversOwner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them

what web browser are you using?
it sounds like you need to turn on Smooth Scrolling, for Firefox it's Options > Advanced > select the general tab > make sure Smooth Scrolling is ticked, other web browsers will be slightly different.0 -
As above. Recent firefox update turned soft scrolling off.0
