Your husband should be able to claim any lost wages/redundancy pay/accrued holiday pay from the government.
I did ask a question in post 5 whcih hasnt been addressed yet.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

sorry no i haven't checked if i have to pay maternity pay back never heard that before but other women have left my employers before ant they have not been asked to pay any back .
Yes we know my husband can claim some cash he is in unison and they have a solicitor sorting that but he told us it could be 8 months to a year to sort out we were hoping to reduce our mortgage with the redundancy to aid living on a low income0
