in Credit cards
Hi
At the moment i have quite a high overdraft facility with santander which is free while i owe money on several credit cards not high amounts 25 pounds on capital one 220 on aqua and 500 pounds on natwest credit card which is 0 percent until sept. Which looks better for your credit status using a a decent proportion of your overdraft but no debt anywhere else or not going into your overdraft at all but keeping a low balance of debt on several credit cards ? obviously in financial terms its better to use the free overdraft thus resulting in no interest. But i don't mind paying afew pounds to a comapny per month to get a better credit status. i hope my question has made sense and any views would be welcomed

I think you're over-thinking things.
Pay off the most expensive debt first. Pay off at least minimum payment plus £1 on credit cards.0 -
your probbaly right but i did wonder if it looked better to use your overdraft facility or have no credit card debt whatsoever i know its debt whether it be on credit or OD but some banks think if your constantly into your OD it looks bad while almost everyone holds a balance on credit cards.0
