Question - chandelier hooks

Can you get chandelier hooks ie like this:
But with an integrated 'ceiling rose' type batten fitting?
The other option is to keep the ceiling rose batten my mums got but install a chandelier hook beside it - this will mean an off-centre chandelier though
and might look a bit poo
