Im still ignoring the letters and havent had anything for about a month although i am expecting to receive a few more threatening letters and court papers but im staying strong and hoping they dont actually follow through
Its not going to happen, keep on ignoring themExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

Thanks for all the comments, since that letter ive now had another one saying that because i havent paid they may now pass my details onto there solicitors who may issue me with a summons from northampton county court which i dont know why when im in west yorkshire and there supposedly from liverpool but they were kind enough to explain that they understand that times are hard at the moment and they understand that £150 is alot of money so they explain that if i just paid the £75 now they would be happy to let things come to an end. Letter 3 under Civil Enforcement in the 'PPC letter chains' sticky thread. CE are quite imaginative with their threats as I think they sometimes send fake Court papers and they sometimes use Newlyn letters which pretend they are acting in a bailiff capacity when they are not.
Just play snap with them all, against the pics in the third from top thread.

So let's get this straight. They have a cast iron court claim against you for £150, which they are recommending their client take action over. And because you ignore this they send a letter saying, well, will you send us £75 instead then?
