KGBDeals - issues with contacting them

Does anyone know how best to get hold of KGBDeals. I have tried their facebook page, with no joy. I have emailed two different email addresses and still no one responds and I even tried the 0800 0118012 number, to no joy.

I have been trying to get a completion of my order from them, as part of the original order was damaged and not to scratch, as well as a very late delivery. When I finally got them to respond, they claimed a replacement would be sent on a set date, it only got sent more than a week later. It finally arrived in worse state than the first, not acceptable.

Now after voicing my displeasure, politely I have to add, I can't get a response from them, no matter what.

I feel I am left to go begging to my credit card provider to get me a refund or complain to trading standards, when all I want is this resolved.

Anyone, any other ideas as to what I can do.

  • I had similar issues with KGB Deals and covered this under a seperate post on here.

    They are a complete disgrace and I will never deal with them again.

    Customer Service is appalling both in time it takes them to deal with the issue, and the responses they email you with.

    Don't buy from them again.
  • Don't buy anything off these cowboys. The KGB deals customer care is an absolute farce.
    I purchased a 'voucher' from them for an item marked as my reference: TK670394. I then ordered the item off the supplier and have never heard anything since. I emailed them on this matter about 6 weeks later, and l have emailed them several times since. You have a standard reply that they will reply within 6 working days. To date they have never replied let alone explained where my item is. I have emailed them for a refund ~ and guess what, yes thats it, no reply at all !
