The problem is people don't want to read FAQ's. They want questions answered that are tailor made for them, even although a sticky would cover it.
The consumer rights boards has a few good stickies, but still 100 people a day ask the same simple question over and over.0 -
I am sure some will read it, I am also sure that many wont.
Even if it gets rid of only a portion of the repeated questions, it's better than nothing. People can also link here rather than write out a personal reply.0
