Virgin Media bill wrong again

So my Virgin bill has come today and it is wrong again for the 3rd month running. We changed to the 3 for £30 package in January and since then the bill has never been right. Two people have tried to sort it out but have not succeeded. And to add insult to injury I only went for this package for Sky 1 (we didn't have TV at all before) - so I am not even getting anything worthwhile.

I am now thinking of threatening to leave. Any advice on the best way to sort this out?
