MBNA Mastercard Statements

MBNA say that they're phasing out paper statements, but I still have the option to continue to receive paper statements if I make the request via the website.
I logged in and requested the paper statements to continue. MBNA stopped them.
Paper statement or not, I have to pay this month's outstanding, so I was forced to log in and print my own documentation. My accountant likes hard copies, so that's why I need the statement on paper.
The on line pdf of the statement does not have the giro slip part, so I can't easily pay by cheque. The option to pay by cheque says 'fill in the giro slip'. How can I do that when there isn't a giro slip on the pdf?
It's so annoying.

If you want to pay by cheque then post it to them, just put your account details on the back as it says to do on the on line statement. You don't need the giro slip.
Alternatively use the many other ways to pay them.0
