Help Please MS works stopped responding, Need to print

Hi hoping someone can help. ms works has stopped responding and won't print. Have to send docs in post today and I'm desparate. No idea what to do:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

make sure got all files off computer for ms works e.g. docs just in case onto disc then uninstall ms works then use something like ccleaner to clear rubbish off computer then reinstall your msworks from install disc. this is all provided your printer has been working fine with other progs fine.

get ccleaner from here offical site it will also clear alot of junk off system and speed it up as well.
also as another thought can't you email you docs to where ever there going to at all?

If MS Works is working then it is unlikely to be that.

Check that it's sending the file to the correct printer. Look at the printer proerties in Word.

Does your printer work with other programs?

Try removing the printer from Device Manager and reboot to set the drivers up again with defaults.

As BASIL123 suggests, try emailing the files out and definitely back them up.

Also consider using Open Office as that is a much better system.

Thanks for the replies. I was trying to print information to enclose with a form that had to arrive by 31 july. unfortunately email wasn't an option. Had to get OH to uninstall the printer and reinstall. Finally worked thankfully.
