Facebook Virus

I accidently clicked on a question from what I thought was my facebook friend saying "I'm clearing out my friends list do you still want to be one" and I think it's a Facebook Virus.

I have done a general scan of my computer and it's clear.

Why do people do this?

1. what've you scanned your pc with ?? It may not be as clear as you think...

AVG - what do you suggest?

What advange do these people have by doing it?

download and update malwarebytes and use that to do a full scan.

^^^^^^ that, and remove avg and replace with avira or avast. Use the avg removal tool:-
