I appreciate without full detials your guessing to a large extent, but can you give me a rough idea of cost and any good links that tell me more for the following...(the list was 2x as long but i've been able to google lot of the amswers!)
large 3 bed semi
crack in garage wall - repointing only
rear guttering is asbestos, needs removed & replaced
drylining small room, 8ftx6ft
replace/make sound dormer cladding
replacing stopcock (rusted)
