edf "thank yous" - web site query. Have two entry cards but only one works?
I have been sent two separate entry cards for the edf thank-yous promotion. On the edf website, where you enter, it says " If you have two entries, and only one account number for both, simply click 'play again'. If you have two accounts, just play twice."
However there is no play again button.
You get to fill in your account number and enter your "thank you" number and then click "Spin". As I have a second "thank you" number for my single account, I clicked Spin again.
I got a message that I had used up my quota of tries for the month. This although I had only used one of my two tries. Anyone else got this problem?.
