It looks like a laminate, so it may not resemble the 'actual' wood that closely. I'd guess at it trying (not very hard) to be oak.Shrinking my mortgage!

Looks like a light cherry.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

You can't tell from that distance, put up a photo with a close-up of the doors so we can see the colour and grain pattern.0

Beech or Maple0

It's not maple, looks too grainy and dark for beech. Oak or cherry, wood or melamine, and I'd guess the latter. As said, it's a naff photo, too small. I'm guessing you are looking to buy a house with that kitchen. When you visit, open the doors and look at the sides. You will see soon enough if it is solid wood or wood effect, although even solid wood is sometimes not solid, as a centre panel can be veneered.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0

looks like a saponetta (beleved edge melamine) cherry https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=saponetta+cherry&hl=en&prmd=imvns&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=FagVUOTwIJSZ0QW5k4DYAg&sqi=2&ved=0CD8Q_AUoAQ&biw=1600&bih=775

Yes - this is from the house we're buying, but we haven't moved in yet so the best pics I can get are these... I'm not sure whether these will be big enough either!

Far too dark for beech or maple. Definitely light cherry.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0

Certainly not oak, the grain is all wrong. Beech can be stained, but the pattern is wrong. Not too familiar with cherry, but it does match the piccies above.Warning: This forum may contain nuts.0
