NCB for Learner Drivers! GRRRRRR!

Because I have a company car, my wife has had her own car insurance since she was learning (I say learning, she left the car on the drive most of the time and occasionally we went out together).
She had car insurance for nearly 2 years before passing her test. She was insured through Diamond (same group as Admiral).
All of the comparison websites refuse to accept that she could possibly have gained NCB before she passed her test, therefore refusing it.
She's now up to 5 years NCB, but they will only accept 3 :mad::mad::mad:
Any ideas?

The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.

Once you have a quote, ring them to see if they can over-ride it over the phone?0 -
Funny you should say that, it's exactly what we did.
It's still wrong though. Why do the comparison websites bother checking? The smaller the monkey the more it looks like it would kill you at the first given opportunity.
