Newbie.!!.. Can u help ppi on Marshall ward

Hi there
I'm looking for some help and info,if I could claim ppi on Marshall ward.
My account disclosed,,it was open around 2000 and closed around 2008.
Towards the end I ran into money troubles,Marshall ward told me if I wanted to pay lower amount monthly I had to take out a loan with them adding £800 to my account.
Not long after my account was transferred to debt collectors.
All payments were made over period of tine
Would I be entitled to ppi from Marshall ward?
Is it too long ago?

Do you have the account number? if you do then put the complaint in to Marshall ward, they may pass you to the debt collector if the debt was sold on.
