garden armoured cable?

We have electrictiy to the garden, with armoured cable to sockets (for the pond) and a light (was on decking)
the cables were running under the decking, which is now defunct and not being replaced. They are sitting overground at present=can you tell me what regs there are for burying them?
Also-am considering moving shed, which is where fusebox for this is-any ideas on cost for an electrician to move these another 10-15m up the garden?

BS 7671 (within sec. 522) requires underground cables to be buried to a depth that avoids damage caused by any "reasonably forseeable" disturbance of the ground...
They may also be provided with location markers, etc., to facilitate identification and future re-location.
"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
