0% or cashback card?

I've got a 0% card that runs out in september, and I am able to pay it off with money in my current account. However, I need to pay for car insurance soon as well (about £1500) and I don't have the money for this in my current account, so I'm not sure whether to get a 0% credit card and pay for it with that, or get a cashback card (one that offers 5% in the first 3 months) and pay it off after the first month using money from my ISA (3%)

I haven't used up my ISA allowance this year yet either.

I was also thinking about getting a Santander 123 card as well for petrol and things, so I guess the 0% card would be the better choice so I have both 0% and cashback?

Also, should I cancel the Barclaycard before I apply for other cards as well?

Thanks
