Hello!
Well no progress yet - but lots of scheming going on. I'm thinking clever shopping, coupons, a bit of mystery shopping, maybe a bit of ebay, and check all gas / elec/ water for overpayments,
But altho' there's no progress - I have set up my signature to show I am serious about it.
Have a good evening everyone. I need to get cooking.

Ah no! That's a spanner in the money making works; the language school called to say they don't have any bookings until late August! I'm on the emergency list if other families can't host and that happens quite regularly so fingers crossed. I was hoping to start looking for a car beginning sept so I need to pull out all the stops this month, hope the weather stays ok for car boots!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0

Sorry to hear of your problems with the ex this morning nat. Sounds like you are well rid!!
Kicking off the month with a whole one pound!! Lady at the till scanned something through twice which I only bought once, so I went to customer services to have it refunded. They gave me the whole amount back, but I realised that the till had applied a discount for buying 2 items, meaning I was £1 up in the end.

I've just created my Facebook selling page
I now need to get more photo's taken as I've been quite laid back these last few weeks. I will use the time whilst the Olympics is on as there isn't much else to do.
Do you have any tips on how to draw people to my selling page? I have invited friends who live close by, but I don't have a big friends list on Facebook to start with.Weight loss 0/2st

So glad I found this thread - it is just the motivation I need!
I had an excellent first month with Swagbucks, cashed in several accumulated survey balances and together with a few minor Ebay sales I made about £100 in July.
I think £10 a day is a little ambitious but £5 not enough so I will join a few of the other newbies and start at £7.50 per day.
Sign me up please at £7.50 per day...right better get to work!0
