NPB cases

Hi,
I recently sold a few thing on Ebay, and have had two buyers not pay for their items so far.
One of these buyers I have opened NPB as they haven't paid I don't feel bad.
However buyer number 2, bought 3 items, paid for one, and has done noting with the other two.
They have left feedback saying item received for the third (positive). If I open a NPB case then can they change the positive feedback?
Can I ask them to cancel from their end without using NPB?
It's just annoyed me that they've messed me around - I could do second chance offers but now it's been 5 days other buyers may have found their items elsewhere....

They can't change a positive to a negative.
NPB's are getting annoying on Ebay. I've just had one pay at the very last minute - day 4 of the NPB claim. I was hoping he wouldn't, as his feedback is poor. He paid late Wednesday.
I posted Thursday - by his chosen method - 2nd class - and on Friday he was asking why it had not arrived.:mad:0
