Sky+ HD - Technical Fault 7

Hello all,
For the past few days, any program i attempt to record with my Sky+ HD fails, my planner shows approx 10 minutes recorded and that the recording has then failed due to 'Technical Fault 7'.
Can anyone advise as to what Technical Fault 7 is? and how to fix it?

Never had it myself, but there is a lot of discussion on the Sky website forum.

I guess you could try a planner rebuild.That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
don't know what the fault is but if you google it there seems to be a lot of people with the same problem
