Insulating a pitched shed

Hello everyone
In a it of budget madness I purchased enough cheap non-itch insulation rolls to insulate my studio(read shed) roof which is standard roofing type plywood. However now I have come to put it up I am panicking and wondering how it will stay up between the trusses(?) without slipping down the sloping pitch (standard 45 degree).
Can I use a staple gun or put in smal nails to 'hook' it on to? Obviously I should have bough sheet insulation but no money is the reason or that. I will saw the rolls to be just the size to tuck in but will this be enough????

Hold them up with string that you have stapled between one truss and the next.

Stapled string works pretty well, from my personal experience. Otherwise have a think and use any method that is cheap and, more importantly, does the job.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

Thanks people - really good ideas that I certainly wounldn't have come up with myself. Eventually I hope to be able to put hardboard over it (would really like it to be tongue and groove but thats just a pipe dream).
