Travel from Nottingham to Pride Park, Derby by public transport

Need to get to Pride Park in Derby from Nottingham using public transport. From my search i can get a train from Nottingham to Derby and then get a bus to pride park.

Is this the only way? Would anyone know which bus no, location in Derby. Just can't seem to get my head around the Derby bus timetable

There are several buses - and it depends if you want the football stadium or the P&R

But looking at a map I reckon it would be as quick to walk from Derby station as to find and hang around for a bus
