Does anyone know (roughly) how much the bus fare is from Biggleswade to Sandy please? I have to get a bus into Biggleswade bus station from elsewhere in Biggleswade and then another from the bus station to Sandy town centre and with all the parlarva on two buses (when it's only 10 minutes down the road) I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to get a taxi?

Many thanks in advance. :)

It's only 4 minutes by train.... have you priced that?

    Edit: Off peak return £2.50.

Thanks for your reply but the trouble is that I've got to get to Biggleswade train station and although it's only half an hour's walk, I have health problems which makes that walk difficult so I would have to get a taxi to the train station and then back again afterwards, which would cost another £10!

Have you thought of ringing the bus company, or looking at their web site?

I'm going to ring them tomorrow, there's no mention of prices on their website.
