hey i have just had a letter back from cap one regarding ppi....they are giving me back £150 but the agreement says once we receive your form we will refund against any outstanding defaulted balance or over limit amount with in 10 days by defaulted balances we mean any balance outstanding after the credit facility have been revoked..............i aint got a defaulted balance and im ok with my card....does this mean if i accept the offer they will with draw my credit facility and take away my credit card???

No, it means that if you'd previously defaulted on the card and left an outstanding balance at that time, they'd offset that amount outstanding with the reward of your ppi claim. So if you'd defaulted by £1000, then the £150 ppi reward would bring the amount outstanding to £8500
