Paypal Ebay transaction says "cancelled Issue refund" ?

I've just logged into paypal to get the address details for an item I sold yesterday on Ebay.
In the details section the listing for the transaction says "Cancelled- Issue refund" - as usual the Issue refund bit is a hyperlink. Further down the page in the transaction details it also gives the order status as "cancelled".
I've had no communication from the buyer- just the email from Ebay to say the iten had sold and from Paypal to say it had been paid for - is this a Paypal glitch or has the buyer really cancelled?
I've emailed her- but no reply as yet.
Anyone else had this? I don't want to send the item now, although I messaged her at the end of the auction to say I would despatch today.
Should I just wait?

    I've never heard of this before. Is the buyer still registered with Ebay? The only thing that springs to mind is a fraudulent buyer that has been banned from the site. I wouldn't be posting anything until this was cleared up.

    Buyer is still registered with ebay and has replied to say that from her end all payment has gone through. I'm mystified as to what to do!
    It's not a valuable item and only a small quanitity of money- so I suppose I could go ahead and risk it.

    We had this a few weeks ago, checked with the purchaser who said that he hadn't cancelled. We then rang Paypal who said that the payment had gone through, was in our account and that it was ok to send the item.

    Item sent, all well.

    Ring Paypal and ask their advice.
