Help Me Please

The tabs on the bottom of the screen have moved to the right (the baby has touched the computer and moved it)

For example on the left there are 2 decent sized boxes, which is how I want my system running, but on mine the 2 boxes are on the right side in one small box (with 2 in, as the 2 pages have been minimized)

I need some help as I am useless on computers, thanks

That's a perfectly normal vertical scrollbar so far as I can see.

You need to adjust your Taskbar settings then lock it. See here:
