I need a new camera

Can anyone help me find a new camera please.
Total budget about £100. I'm not fussed about the camera's capabilities, I'm really wanting it for taking video clips. My camcorder has broken and I think it would be a waste replacing it, considering what cameras can do these days.
I liked the look of this one http://www.dixons.co.uk/gbuk/fujifilm-finepix-z800-compact-digital-camera-black-11971249-pdt.html but I have to buy something else to watch the films on my TV, and a HD cable on top of that.
Is there a camera that takes good quality movies and that I can plug in directly?
