i received a cheque 2 days ago for the amount of an item but she didn`t include p+p payment.
i have emailed her but have had no reply.
as the item is quite big p+p is for £8, so its not just a small amount
any ideas.
thanks

Presumably you have the woman address? Just return the cheque or contact her and ask for the extra £8 to cover p+p0

have you tried pulling the buyers details from ebay, ie phone number etc. if they're geniune they'd probably appreciate a call as it'd mean getting their item sooner.
The individual whose details you request also gets an email stating that these details have been requested, i've found in the past that buyers get in touch pretty fast when this happens.
what's their feedback like too, that might give you a clue as to whether its a geiune mistake.0 -
I think if you get no joy from contacting them I would bank the cheque!!
Put them on the back foot and I am sure they will pay promptly. Post it back and you run the risk of not seeing another one; leaving you out of pocket!!!0 -
Pop a brick in the parcel along with the item and put no postage on it!

She hasn't paid the right amount. Bank the cheque and wait for the £8 she owes.
If she doesn't pay up, do nothing. The £8 covers your eBay costs and the effort of relisting, presumably.
But more likely she'll wake up and start asking where her item is.0
