Says end date is 30th sept or when 1000 entries have been received so have put a shorter end date than 30th Sept

I had the same problem. I tried lots of ways and eventually got out my old and newer card. The number on the newer one was slightly different. I typed that in and it worked. Don't know if that's just me or not.

It's amusing that oine of the questions was something like "Do you think of Tesco as technology experts?", and there are so many mistakes on the form (questions with just a code, the clubcard number).

weirdly glitched for me in IE 8 on about the 3rd question, I could choose from a drop down box of weird question codes, so I picked a high one and got transported close to the end of the survey! cut the time down! thanks to the OP

Q19 from the test mode drop down menu at the top of the survey pages takes you straight to the part of the survey where you can enter your email address to enter the prize draw.
