oh please, if she doesn't get the leave then I wouldn't be too worried about her getting in "trouble" as I would think she would leave, at least she could get some time off if she really needs it by taking some sick leave in the meantime.0 -
Yeah resign and then they will pay you the holiday or as sniggings says call in sick and I am sure your company will pay you full pay :eek:oh please, if she doesn't get the leave then I wouldn't be too worried about her getting in "trouble" as I would think she would leave, at least she could get some time off if she really needs it by taking some sick leave in the meantime.0 -

How's about write a recorded but can-do letter with a number of options and scenarios which will pan out to a double bind along the lines of:
a) pay me now and I'll work it
b) if there's no word back by X I will have 2 days off on the last 2 working days of each month
c) if it goes quiet on X I will take a day off
Work out how much the holiday pay is worth and act accordingly. Act like a business person creating a win-win situation.Order of events: Banks lose our money -> get bailed out -> were inflating GBP to cover it -> now taxing us -> next will grab your funds direct -> things get really desperate to balance the books. What should have happened?: banks go bust and we lost our money much quicker0
